Sod Varieties
Bahia
Bahia is a robust and cost effective, warm-season pasture grass known for its high heat and drought tolerance.
Bahia also has a lower need for nutrients and watering during the winter months. This grass will go dormant during cold spells but will return as the weather gets warmer and the Florida rains return.
Bahia grass can be the perfect alternative to St. Augustine and requires less maintenance.

St. Augustine: Floratam Variety
Floratam is a unique variety of St. Augustine that thrives in SW Florida and has rapidly become one of the most popular sod choices for homeowners and commercial spaces.
Broad, flat blades with a deep green to bluish-green hue contribute to its dense, lush appearance. Floratam is also relatively easy to maintain and well suited for our Florida climate.

St. Augustine: ProVista Variety
ProVista is quickly gaining a reputation as the eco-conscious sod. Grown specifically for our climate, ProVista grows at a much slower rate, which reduces the need to mow, benefiting the environment and saving on maintenance costs.
This dense, beautiful grass also requires less fertilizer to remain vibrant, has excellent shade tolerance and can be kept almost completely weed free.
